How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for store credit only. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Many of our collections are limited edition. However, we do occasionally restock fan favorites. We recommend signing up for our newsletter to receive restock notifications.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and flexible payment options including Afterpay and Klarna for buy-now-pay-later convenience.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed.
How do I care for my Glam-Aholic products?
To maintain the longevity of your fashion pieces, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and storing them in the provided dust bags when not in use.
